Relocation and Refurbishment of UPS Office Space
UPS, located in Atlantic House at the Port of Antwerp, faced structural changes within the organization. Their existing 600 m² office on the 5th floor was too large, leading to the need to redefine their space requirements. What started as a partial divestment of the 5th floor ultimately resulted in a strategic decision to relocate to a smaller 300 m² space on the 12th floor.
The goal was to create an office space aligned with the New Way of Working, including flexible workstations, a Clean Desk Policy, and a Desk Sharing Policy. All within a strict budget and with a deadline of June 2024.
