The collaboration with Triginta, located at Ottergemsesteenweg Zuid 713 in Ghent, adds a series of prestigious buildings to the Quares management portfolio. The assignment involves both commercial and residential properties with a total surface area of over 30,000 m², spread across multiple locations in Flanders.

Quares Property Services takes full responsibility for the management of the following locations:

• Eandistip in Mechelen
  This large-scale building, with a surface area of over 16,000 m², includes diverse functions and tenants, such as offices and commercial spaces. Quares carries out a comprehensive management assignment here, ranging from operational maintenance to coordinating the needs of prominent tenants like Indigo, Voka, and Delhaize.

• Wivinaklooster in Dilbeek
  For this 3,481 m² site, Quares provides a 24/7 helpdesk, swift interventions, and vacancy management.

• Huis van Oombergen in Ghent
  With a surface area of 1,750 m², Quares offers the same 24/7 helpdesk and intervention services for this building.

• Chapel of the Military Hospital in Antwerp
  This iconic property of 1,200 m² benefits not only from technical management but also sees Quares act as a “tenant guardian”. This role includes quarterly meetings, close cooperation with tenants, and active participation in the general assembly of co-owners (AGC).

• Privilege in Ghent
  This location, covering nearly 3,000 m², is professionally managed with a focus on technical support and tenant guidance. Special attention is given to the operation of the residential care center.

• Centrum II in Merelbeke
  The management of this site, with a surface area of 6,792 m², includes technical support, interventions, and partial residential management in anticipation of future redevelopment.
