A well-designed entrance hall is more than a passageway; it’s a functional, aesthetic, and welcoming space that leaves a lasting first impression. That was the starting point for the redesign of the entrance hall of an office building in Diegem.
Originally designed as a Single Tenant building, it was transformed into a Multi-Tenant concept. To make the property more attractive to new tenants, the owner decided to update the entrance hall. Quares Design & Build was engaged to create a more accessible and inspiring design, integrating the existing reception desk into the new concept.
QUARes’ ROLE
Quares managed the project from concept to completion with a comprehensive approach:

- Developed a contemporary design that reinforces the identity of the building and meets the needs of a Multi-Tenant environment.
- Presented the design to the owner through plans and visualisations for approval.

- Prepared a detailed bill of quantities and technical specifications for execution.
- Selected and coordinated the various contractors involved.
🔹 Project Coordination & Execution
- Oversaw the execution of works, coordinated contractors, and managed procurement.
- Ensured timely and high-quality delivery, including budget monitoring and invoicing.
