ABOUT THE VACANCY

Are you a technical jack-of-all-trades with a passion for real estate? Are you looking for a varied position in which you are on the road a lot, both with tenants and with contractors and executors? Then this role as Technical Manager in the real estate sector might be your next challenge!

 

What will you do?

  • Technical substantive work: You take care of the technical coordination of projects, from construction site to management.
  • Dynamic work field: You work a lot on the job, with a lot of interaction with tenants, contractors and the executive team at different locations.
  • Own schedule: You manage your schedule, working from home and visiting sites to make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Strategic contact: You liaise with both operational teams and executives, ensuring technical progress on projects.
  • Varied: No day is the same! You switch between different stakeholders and different technical issues.

 

What do you bring?

  • Technical expertise 🔧: A solid technical background (preferably a bachelor's degree or higher)
  • Communication Skills 🗣️: A good balance between technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with both executives and management.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to be stress-resistant, problem-solve and prioritize.
  • Experience in a mobile position 🚗: You are flexible and used to planning your own schedule and being on the road a lot.
  • Residential location 🌍: Ideally, you will be from the Southern Netherlands (preferably near the border) to optimize travel time to the office and locations.
