What will you be doing?

In this versatile role, you'll be the linchpin between tenants, suppliers and owners. With a hands-on mentality and customer-focused approach, you'll manage an exciting portfolio of retail and hotel properties spread across Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia.

 

In concrete terms :

  • Technical management: you're the first point of contact for technical questions and problems. Think roof leaks, recharging poles, lighting or damage to parking lots. You can quickly change contacts and know who to call.
  • Relationship management: you build strong relationships with tenants and suppliers. You regularly check that everything is running smoothly and ensure that customers are satisfied.
  • Budget and contracts: you manage budgets, monitor contracts and ensure proper administration.
  • Sustainability and innovation: you keep a close eye on trends in energy transition, sustainability and technology, and bring new opportunities to homeowners.
  • Autonomy and decision-making: thanks to short lines of communication, you have the freedom to make independent decisions that have an impact.

What do you bring to the table? 🛠

  • 🎓 A Bachelor's degree (e.g. Facility Management, Real Estate or Communications) or equivalent experience.
  • 🏢 At least 5 years of experience in real estate management or as Facility Manager/Syndic.
  • 🗣️ A fluent pen ánd chat in Dutch and French.
  • 🔧 A technical feeling: you do not have to be an expert, but you understand what is going on.
  • 🌟 An independent, flexible and organized attitude. Occasional Saturday work? No problem for you!
  • 💡 You are a real plant puller, with a nose for commercial opportunities and a heart for customers.
