What will you be doing?

• Active prospecting: explore the real estate market, establish new contacts and continue to develop our property portfolio.
• Advising customers: Advise (re)buyers and (re)tenants throughout the process - from first contact to deed.
• Negotiate and conclude: Conclude agreements in compliance with rules and ethics, keeping in mind the interests of all parties.
• Project administration: Take charge of the complete administration of files and ensure flawless follow-up.
• Sharing expertise: Support customers with your knowledge of all their real estate issues and offer tailor-made solutions.
• Marketing campaigns: Work with our marketing assistant on creative campaigns to showcase properties.
• Reporting results: Track invoices, commissions and statistics to provide insight into successes.
• Mentoring colleagues: Share your knowledge and strengthen the team by mentoring less experienced colleagues.

Your profile

🎓 Education: at least a bachelor's or master's degree in your pocket.

🏢 BIV number ready? Top! Then we can get started right away (freelance status).

💼 Experience: You've already worked in a commercial environment and know how to close deals.

🗣️ The communication hero: Persuasion is your second nature and you easily establish contact.

🥅 Goal-oriented: Achieving results energizes you.

❤️ Passion for real estate: You live and breathe real estate!

🤝 Team spirit: You have a taste for working together and enjoy a good team dynamic.

💻 Technophile: you're comfortable with Microsoft Office, Dropbox and creative tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Extra points if you have experience with real estate software!
