Quares manages retail sites in Flanders for Redevco Belgium

Quares has been given a mandate to manage a series of retail sites across Flanders on behalf of asset manager Redevco Belgium,

With this mandate, Quares will use its property management expertise to optimise the sites and maximise value for tenants and visitors.

The sites under this management are as follows:

• Vlinderlaan 1, 3360 Korbeek-Lo with an area of 19,215 m²
• Romeinsesteenweg 440, 1853 Strombeek-Bever with an area of 9,123 m²
• Leuvensesteenweg 74, 3080 Tervuren with a surface area of 4,536 m²
• Sint Annalaan 146, 1800 Vilvoorde with a surface area of 4,915 m²
• Strandlaan 19, 8670 Koksijde with a surface area of 15,234 m²
