Quares has built up a great deal of experience in the past in setting up direct and indirect real estate funds.

The Quares Sustainability Initiative goes a lot further and invests in making our real estate portfolio more sustainable.

By investing in energy efficiency, renewable energy and smart building management, we reduce the pressure of our building portfolio on the climate. After all, buildings are still responsible for 40% of CO2 emissions.

Quares Sustainability Initiative collects money from private and institutional investors through, for example, the issue of bonds. Supplemented with bank financing, Quares Sustainability Initiative can invest these resources in numerous sustainable projects.
