You can contact us with intervention requests 24/7 through our online platform and, of course, phone us for urgent matters.

Technical management

This comprises the preventive and corrective maintenance, systematic inspection visits, the monitoring of designated service providers and the operating budget. And we will of course keep you posted on everything.

Financial and administrative management

This concerns also requesting and collecting the rent, setting provisions aside, collecting property taxes, drawing up lease agreements and invoices, and putting bank guarantees and insurance policies in order – in short, all sorts of practical tasks that we will be glad to assume on your behalf.

Contract management

You will capitalize on our scale thanks to our professional purchasing policy. Together with our partners, we strive continuously for more complete service and cost cuts across the board. 

Commercial management

We coordinate the agent(s) and their tasks. We negotiate rent reviews and lease extensions. We moreover conduct a satisfaction survey among tenants every year. We also work out commercial activities for retail remises and shopping centres.

Property management for associations of co-owners

On behalf of associations of co-owners, we manage the association in accordance with the legal framework set out in Article 577 of the Civil Code.
