π What will you do?

As an Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, tenants, and visitors. You will have a varied role focused on reception, hospitality, and customer service:
First-line support for tenants and clients (85%): You are the first contact for tenants in case of technical issues. You listen carefully to their concerns and record any breakdowns or problems. Then, you take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
Meeting room preparation: You ensure that meeting rooms are ready on time, from setting up the space to providing technical support and all necessary materials for smooth meetings.
Phone and in-person reception: You answer phone calls professionally and ensure a smooth transfer. Additionally, you welcome visitors and make sure they feel at ease right from the start.
Administrative support (15%): You take care of the administrative follow-up of the files assigned to you and ensure that all documents are processed on time and accurately.
Collaboration: You work closely with a friendly colleague, with whom you can brainstorm and support each other in daily tasks, ensuring that the customer experience is always of the highest quality.

π Who are you?
You have a higher secondary education diploma in fields like public relations, reception, secretarial work/languages, or a similar field.
You have at least 2 years of experience in a reception or hospitality role.
Excellent knowledge of Dutch is required.
You have good knowledge of French and English, both spoken and written.
You have a welcoming, customer-oriented attitude, and know how to maintain a professional demeanor.
You are proficient in standard office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, β¦).
You are curious, motivated, and stress-resistant.
A passion or interest in real estate is a big plus!
